IF YOU HAVE COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS
We are doing consultations in the carpark.
Appointments can be made via phone call to the surgery on 3376 3600. Every patient will be asked if they have any flu-like symptoms. If ANY of these apply, staff will provide you with directions to minimise the risk to other patients.
Many of our patients are being triaged by our doctors in their vehicles. Possible carriers of Covid or Flu are not entering the surgery.
Telephone and video consultations are available where clinically feasible for all patients with all doctors.
Cleaning
Cleaning of the surgery has been stepped up with all surfaces being treated frequently.
Social Distancing
While social distancing is no longer enforced it is recommended if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms and we recommend you maintain a 1.5m distance wherever possible. During consultations, doctors and nurses will be wearing gloves and masks to reduce the risk of infection in both directions.
Influenza Vaccines
Influenza vaccines are available by appointment. Whilst this vaccine does not prevent coronavirus, we highly recommend getting it to protect against the flu.
